Question - Are you and insured?

Answer - Correct, All Phase Locating, Inc. is insured.  

Question - Are you a member of BBB?

Answer - Correct, All Phase Locating, Inc. is an active member of the BBB with an A+ rating.

Question:  Do I call you first for a locate on my private property?

Answer- First you should call 811 and ask for utility locates for your public utilities (a free service).  You may then need your private utilities located, which is where we come in.  Those utilities are usually from the meter to your home.  

Question:  What do you locate?

Answer:  electric lines, phone lines, water lines. fiber optic lines, gas pipe, sewer (if a tracer wire is present), propane lines, irrigation wiring - anything underground that is traceable.  Piping needs to be copper or have a tracer wire attached.  

Question:  How much experience do you have?

Answer:  Israel has been with All Phase for several years after serving 5 years in the Marine Corp and has been trained by Chuck Powers, previous President of All Phase and current part time employee.  Chuck went to work at age 18 running heavy equipment for a municipal water company and utility contractor installing mulltiple types of utilities.  He then worked for the City of Colorado Springs Utilities as a locator and supervisor, retiring after 27 years of service.  In his retirement, he worked for All Phase Locating for 13 years prior to purchasing the company when the previous owner, Bob Myers, retired.   Bob also worked for and retired from the City of Colorado Springs Utiliies.  The utility locating knowledge at All Phase runs very deep.  

Question:  How much will it cost to have my utilities located?

Answer:  Please call for a quote.  We charge an hourly rate and will need to understand the scope of the work to estimate how much time we need to spend before we can give you a quote.  We also have a travel charge for certain areas where we travel outside of Colorado Springs.
