First, you should call 811 and ask for utility locations for your public utilities (a free service). You may then need your private utilities located, which is where we come in. Those utilities are usually from the meter to your home.
Electric lines, phone lines, water lines, fiber optic lines, gas pipes, sewer (if a tracer wire is present), propane lines, irrigation wiring - anything underground that is traceable. Piping needs to be copper or have a tracer wire attached.
Israel has been with All Phase Locating Inc. for several years after serving 5 years in the Marine Corps and has been trained by Chuck Powers, previous President of All Phase Locating Inc. and current part-time employee. Chuck went to work at age 18, running heavy equipment for a municipal water company and utility contractor installing multiple types of utilities. He then worked for the City of Colorado Springs Utilities as a locator and supervisor, retiring after 27 years of service. In his retirement, he worked for All Phase Locating Inc. for 13 years prior to purchasing the company when the previous owner, Bob Myers, retired. Bob also worked for and retired from the City of Colorado Springs Utilities. The utility locating knowledge at All Phase Locating Inc. runs very deep.
