Israel joined All Phase after his time in the Marine Corp and has trained under Chuck Powers for several years. Israel and his wife Sarah have taken over the reins of All Phase as of January 1, 2024. Chuck still works part time for All Phase with the goal is easing into retirement eventually.
Chuck has worked for a city water department and then a private utility contractor running heavy equipment and installing multiple types of utilities. He then worked for the City of Colorado Springs Utilities as a locator and supervisor for 27 years. After retiring, he went to work for All Phase for 13 years, and then he and his wife Deb purchased the company in January 2019, when the previous owner and founder, Robert Myers, and his wife Carol retired.
